Mary Ann Schwartz graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside focused in ceramics and fibers. She fell in love with the pottery process and enjoys engaging with others who appreciate the art form. She has taught ceramics at museums and galleries, local art centers and has sold her work at various venues. She found a connection with the mud and earth in the clay and enjoys seeing her own potter’s hand create the ripples through each vessel that is then touched and experienced by clients. In establishing Pottery ByMaryAnn LLC, she hopes to rebirth a new journey creating pottery and reaching out to others, experiencing it, while sharing her love for both the humble and precious vessel.
