Mary Ann Schwartz went to school for ceramics and fibers. She fell in love with the pottery process and enjoys engaging with other people who appreciate the art form. She has taught ceramics at museums and galleries, local art centers and has sold her work in museums, galleries, and markets. She found a connection with the mud and the rock in the clay and enjoys seeing her own potter’s hand create the ripples through the clay that is then touched and experienced by clients. In establishing ByMary Ann LLC, she hopes to rebirth a new journey in creating pottery and experiencing it while sharing her love for the art and reaching out to others.
